liberals who cried wolf

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/06/21/us/video-police-shooting-philando-castile-trial.html

the left wingers who cried wolf and the right wingers showing their true colors. i want to believe ideologues in the left and right are good people playing politics like a fun sport or earning a living to support their family but will step up to the plate when the time comes. with all the race baiting and identity politics in the past, the left has lost their credibility to voice out their opinion on this issue. philiando castile's shooting is not like the one in ferguson. any decent human being should express outrage over the acquital of oficcer yanez. yanez may not deserve life sentence or even a 10 year sentence but he clearly deserves a 5 year or even a 2 year sentence. if that was me i would have volunteered to go to jail for 5 years just because i accidentally killed an innocent man who has a child. only the right wingers has the credibility to express outrage over this but their failure to do so shows their true colors. donald trump, fox news and right wing pundits should express their outrage over this but they failed. it just shows their true colors. it's this kind of disappointment that makes me worry about the future of our nation and humanity in general.

at least the city of st anthony settled and gave philando castille's family $2.995 million. officer yanez was also relieved of duty. this confirms my opinion that the verdict was wrong.  although it also makes me realize things are not that bad, although i know money cannot replace the life lost but at least something was done to try to right the wrong.

during the garner chokehold death issue, the left ruined their credibility by insisting it was a racial issue even if there was no statistical evidence or data that even hints it. you can't just site 10 examples when there are thousands of arrests. that's like saying michael jordan sucks because he missed 10 shots in a game. the comparison with the arrest of the woman is also moronic. of course the woman was not choked because there was no need to bring her down to put the handcuffs on because she tiny and weak compared to the cops.

here's another example of a logical flaw where jon stewart just looks at a few examples without looking at the overall statistics.his mistake here is not that he did not get his facts straight. anyway he apologized for that and i believe we should forgive people who make mistakes if they acknowledge the mistake and apologize. his mistake was using a few examples to represent the whole instead of looking at the overall statistics.

the left don't have much credibility anymore because they keep making mistakes that makes people feel they care more about their agenda instead of solving problems. the mistake is suppose to be very simple to correct but i don't know why they refuse to do it.  of course the police force has problems. there are always bad apples in any organization. but the left should not alienate the good elements. they should refrain from generalizing and demonizing the police force. it's as simple as acknowledging and thanking the service of the great men and women who protect us before discussing the issue using fair, logical, and unbiased analysis. this video tells everything - Don Lemon, sheriff spar over police shootings

i remember during ferguson riots rachael meaddow was on david letterman and for some weird reason she kept complaining about the advanced equipment of the police force as if she did not like the police to be able to protect themselves. good thing david letterman embarrassed her by pointing out that those equipments were left over during the drug war era where they had to match the high powered ammunition of the drug gangs.

Trayvon Martin Was A 'Thug'? Was Race Even A Factor? Prominent Black Voices Weigh In - TYT is much better than CNN. they know the verdict was correct but understandingly enough, they can't alienate their fan base and they know it's important to pacifiy the people so they only show opinions of prominent figures in the black community like charles barkeley and bill cosby supporting the verdict. they even showed a clip of reverend peterson who is black calling trayvon a thug. then the panel does an intentional weak counter criticism of their views to show they share the black community's anger over the verdict.
