- after reading an announcement in the group chat always confirm with an ok or thumbs up reply

- try to compartmentalize your drawer by using labeled plastic bags to divide the items (ex: socks, panties, school supplies, etc ...). this will make it easy and efficient for you to find things
- so the general idea is there should nothing lying except common items such as lundry brushes, iron, hangers, etc ...
- underneath the visitor drawer is the place for grocery bags, extra laundry bags, plastic bags (large bags are in a container labeled "large plastic bags" and small bags are in a container labeled "small plastic bags")

*** so you can reuse the frying pan without cleaning (example when frying the same or similar food), always cover the frying pan to avoid insect contamination ***
- each housemate should have their own labeled water bottle in the fridge/freezer so there will beno need to wash drinking glasses
- do not throw away water bottles. refill with filtered water and put it in the  emergency water supply containers located beside the terrace
- when cooking rice, always use measuring cup and water level should be 1 mm above the supposed water mark or the rice will end up too dry

thank you manulife, thank you east west bank, thank you pru life, thank you sun telecom, for making my scholar's room more energy efficient. if you happen to be a jealous person, just fold a junk mail lengthwise and stuff it in the jealousy cracks to make your room more energy efficient and cut your electric bill in half. this is amazing. the room for my scholars uses exactly the same .5 hp aircon in one of the rooms i was renovating recently yet it does not get as cold even if the room is just a little bit bigger. so i inspected the jealousy panes and found out it has insane amount of spaces in between so i plugged the leaks with junk mails and suddenly, BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, the room is now so cold. now i have to buy thicker blankets for my scholars or else they might sneak up to me at night and use my body for warmth - https://ian-crystal.blogspot.com/2018/06/pbb-gemsville-bible.html

check out how i violated the rules of design by putting all pru life in one column. i'm such a rebel when it comes to interior design methodologies and photosynthesis. i took some interior design units back in college and our professor taught us to always pair an insurance company with a telecom company or a bank when weather proofing jealosy panes to create visual contrast in the depth of field. however my design guru professor abellana and prof. jumalon taught me to be brave and not be afraid to violate design principles especially when it comes to aspect ratio. however if you notice in the other columns i was a bit more conservative - i paired manulife with sun telecom. what do yo guys think?

if you plan to do this make sure the envelope is inserted all the way to the side including the aluminum clips because that's actually where the biggest leaks are.
