first i wanna thank your wife for doing this. i finally get to write something people will read because they have no choice. hehehe.
1.) Who is Phil to you?
i had 6 best friends in my entire life and phil is one of them. in CIS it was alfie and phil, then a had a best friend in high school, then the others were my 3 childhood neigbors.
2.) What’s so special about Phil?
very gifted but down to earth. phil was the strongest but also the smartest in our class. very rare combination. he was the only one who could complete a rubiks cube. in fact in the entire school it was only him and his brothers who could do a rubiks cube. even now i still can't figure that out no matter how many youtube videos i watch. i'm also very impressed at phil for becoming a successful doctor in the the US. i can't even pass a nursing board exam to save my life. i'm so honored that we were best friends. but the biggest reason why i'm so happy for phil is that he has a loving wife and amazing kids because that's the most important thing in life.
3.) Give us your fondest and/or goofiest memory of him.
after i left CIS i passed by the school and saw a soccer tournament going on so i stopped by to watch. i was surprised to see phil playing because he wasn't really into soccer. unlike me who was very enthusiastic about soccer. i never missed practice but i was always a bench warmer and i never got to play in any of the tournament games. phil was playing the sweeper position and when he kicked the ball it went over the buildings. i swear it was like watching an avengers superhero. that was the last time i saw him until 30 years later when we had a mini reunion at casino espanol.
4.) What do you want to wish him for his 50th birthday?
doc phil, i wish you nothing but good health for you and your family.

This is all about Phil. He will be turning 5-0 🤯 on the 2nd of June. He’s super bummed that the boys’ Columbia trip got cancelled (like most of the plans this year for all of us).
Nevertheless, 50 is a BIG🥳 deal! So if you have time, I was hoping you, CI FRIENDS & family (anybody & everybody) could PLEASE submit a birthday shout out 🎂video (under 1min) for the birthday boy by emailing ME on Facebook Messenger. Please feel free to say whatever you want to say.
