isko

i haven't done enough research but my gut feeling tells me isko has the positives of both BBM and leni and none of the negatives. i just don't like isko because he does not look presidential enough and it's just a normal part of human nature to feel bitter if someone who originated from a lower class becomes president. i also don't think the "tanim bala" or "passport hostage" scammer types of characters in our country would be afraid of isko. filipinos are not stupid. of course filipinos care about the more abstract or indirect type of corruption but it's just a lower priority compared to the immediate and concrete pain, suffering and misery caused by another person LITERALLY standing in front. example, of course filipinos would prefer there would be no more kickbacks from government contracts but it's lower priority compared to an AIRPORT freakin' OFFICIAL hiding your passport at the airport right before boarding in hopes you will be desperate enough to give a cash reward if it is found. that's higher priority over a face shield that should have cost you P25 instead of P30 if it weren't for the kickbacks. OF COURSE if you look like a lawyer or doctor or someone form the upper class the scumbags will never plant a bullet in your baggage. OF COURSE if you live in a well secured village or condo you never have to worry about your teenage daughter being seduced by drug dealers in the slums but there is nothing you can do about it because they are connected to high ranking government officials. unlike the rich chinese who had the money to put an end to the kidnappings, the filipino masses don't have the money to stop their DIRECT victimizers. i know i'm just an idiot but i'm pretty sure people would rather pay P5 more for a face shield if that's what it takes to prevent a 6 FOOT POLE BEING INSERTED IN THEIR ASS. filipinos are also smart enough to know that relying on due process to suppress the tanim bala types of characters in our country is UNREALISTIC (just like in the HBO series "the wire"). it's just too easy to prevent any evidence from being exposed. in my opinion, we are all making our best guess. based on my life experience, i firmly believe filipinos have very similar competence level as mexicans and ukrainians. and if we just rely on due process alone to prevent the unestablished evil wannabees from gaining more and more power, our country could slowly and surely disintegrate into a society similar to that of ukriane and mexico. unestablished evil wannabees can only rise to the top if they destroy our country. on the other hand, the well established evils in our country will get richer if our society is strong and prosperous therefore they have every incentive to murder the tanim bala syndicates or "FORCE" the drug lords and drug dealers to be friendly to innocent people and ONLY SELL DRUGS TO THOSE LOOKING FOR IT. isko has proven he can walk the talk, but my gut feeling tells me isko does not have the guts to gut. i hope i'm wrong because it looks like the only way for the opposition to succeed is for all opposition candidates to unite under isko. the problem with leni is her face has zero ounce of psychopathic tendencies and philippines is not norway or sweden. leni looks more like a victim herself as oppose to one who will crush the victimizers. at least isko looks like a serial killer. it's possible the common sense filipino masses are preferring BBM only because they feel isko has no chance. i think there is a good chance that if the opposition unites under isko, there will be a massive wave of voters looking for a candidate who have the "guts to gut" switching to isko. 

on second thought, i think the only reason why norway and sweden is the most utopian country is because everyone is already a psychopath. they have the genes of vikings who used to cut off the head of anyone who stands in the way of their prosperity. a thousand years ago is not that long in the context of human evolution. that's just 10 full lifespans. it's like a person is born then dies of old age happening 10 times. i'm 51 years old and it feels like i was just born yesterday. the viking genes is still very strong in norwegians and swedish people. nobody can mess with anybody. that's the recipe for a perfect society.
