family-farm wiki

scientists and experts have now established that most of the disease nowadays are caused by the MASS PRODUCED foods we eat. but mass produce foods is actually the SAVIOR of mankind because they make food much cheaper and prevent mass starvation. so of course if you can't afford healthier or more organic foods you should eat mass produced foods. i understand healthy meat free of antibiotics such as free range chickens and goats are too expensive for the filipino masses.

the mistake most people make is that they give low PRIORITY to expensive healthy eating. so when they get promoted at work, they use their extra income to buy a new car. scientists and experts have also established that eating healthy is the biggest factor to HAPPINESS and feeling great. what's the point of driving a brand new fortuner if you are feeling less happy because your gut microbiome is producing less serotonin? if you are healthy, your gut microbiome will produce more serotonin and you will feel great even if you are just riding a jeepney. eating healthy also gives you more energy and motivation in life so you become more successful.

what makes healthy eating very expensive is  that high quality protein free of antibiotics such as free range chickens and goats are too expensive. they can't be mass produced. one way to lower the cost is INCREASE SUPPLY. this can be done with a small change in culture and attitude. we just need to make organic farming COOL and FUN.

i know lots of filipino middle class and upper middle class whose family owns a farm lot in the province that's not being utilized. the biggest barrier to starting a family farm is lack of KNOWLEDGE. the solution to this problem is a family-farm WIKI which contains all the information anyone needs to get started on a family farm. i'm sure the agriculture college professors of my alma matter, UP los banos will be willing to help me with this simple yet very useful project. a good example of a wiki that might be similar to family-farm wiki is the MINECRAFT WIKI which currently has 35 million users.

i also find it ridiculous that it's possible to grow food on mars even if there is no air, no water, and the soil is very toxic yet when there is an economic CRISIS like the one in greece and venezuela, people go hungry. meanwhile so many people nowadays are running 5 kilometers or biking for 50 kilometers on weekends to train for an upcoming triathlon, dedicating their life to excel in sports such as basketball or golf, or spending hours a day at the gymn. also, so many people nowadays are experts in video games such as minecraft, roblox and mobile legends. i browsed over the minecraft wiki and holy cow i think the information you need to learn to become a minecraft expert is equivalent to a high paying career such as a lab technician or an accountant.

i think having a family farm can be just as cool and fun as other sports and video games except you are helping make your family and other filipinos healthy again. and when there is an economic crisis your family will never go hungry. you can use your creativity such that all you need to buy from the store is probably soy sauce for your sauteed string beans (batong). i won't even need rice because i find corn grits (bugas mais) healthier and more satisfying. planting corn could even discourage rice hoarders. you can raise free range chickens, goats and even cows. you can have fun trying to use renewable energy such as solar or even a windmill. your family farm can even earn you extra income.

backyard hydroponic gardening would be the best family hobby to expose kids into. the hydroponic gadgets and materials are like fun toys except it will produce real food and real income. it's fun, challenging, and also provides economic security for your family in times of crisis. it can even become a career. they can take up B.S. agriculture which experts say is one of the few careers left in the future because most jobs will be automated by AI. there's so many videos and materials in the internet you can have fun watching and learning. check this out -  https://youtu.be/T15gXm6ha_I
